MDL Tweaker

Tweak MDL scenery objects without having to alter the ASM source manual.

MDL Tweaker is a tool that allows you to tweak MDL scenery objects without having to alter the ASM source manual.

The tool does read and write in the hex code of the MDL file.
At this moment the following tweaks are supported:
- Rotation to the user
- Rotation with the wind
- Display conditions
